The Art of Solidarity: Edmonton Launch
The Parkland Institute and Between the Lines are pleased to present the launch of The Art of Solidarity: Labour Arts and Heritage in Canada on September 24, 2025 at the Humanities Centre (Lecture Theatre L1-L2) at the University of Alberta. The event will begin at 6:30 pm and end at 8:00 pm.
This event will feature one of the editors, Rob Kristofferson, and three Edmonton-based contributors: Don Bouzek, of Ground Zero Productions; Donna Coombs-Montrose, of the Alberta Labour History Institute and Historian Laureate, Edmonton; and Maria Dunn, Juno-award winning songwriter and musician.
The event will feature a facilitated discussion with the editor and contributors. Books will be for sale by Audrey’s Books. Please register below or via this link.
