BTL's web store ships to Canada and the U.S. only. All orders are shipped using Canada Post regular priority ground transportation or comparable service. Please note we do not provide tracking information on parcels.

All web store sales are final; no refunds or exchanges. Items may be replaced (but not returned) at our discretion if damaged in transit. Please contact us with specific inquiries.

Trade - Canada

Between the Lines books are distributed in Canada by University of Toronto Press Distribution. Permission to return is not required. Books are returnable after 3 months and before 12 months from the date of invoice. Books that are shopworn, marked, stamped, or in any way rendered unsaleable will not be accepted. Damage in transit is the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be shipped prepaid; please either quote the invoice number or provide a copy of the original invoice. A 5% re-stocking fee will be assessed for all returns not so identified.

Trade - United States

Between the Lines books are distributed in the United States by AK Press Distribution. AK Press accepts returns for 12 months from date of sale (with certain restrictions, and in perfect resale condition). Stores will not be credited for books returned in unsaleable condition. There is no re-stocking fee.
