ReFrame, Peterborough’s international film festival kicks off this weekend and BTL has four authors present.

Wayne Roberts BTL book: No-Nonsense Guide to World Food, 2nd Edition

1) Saturday, Jan. 24th, 7:30 pm, Showplace: Speaking before the Saturday night film “Just Eat It” as part of the KWIC World Issues Café.

2) Sunday, Jan 25th, 11:00 am to 12:00 pm: Taking part in the panel discussion “Food Activism and the Taste of Justice” Location: The Bourbon Barrel Saloon Address: 140 King St. (corner of King and George, beside The Venue)

Clarke Mackey BTL book: Random Acts of Culture: Reclaiming Art and Community in the 21st Century

1) Saturday, Jan. 24th, 5:00pm, Showplace: Attending the screening of his film “Til the Cows Come Home” and doing a Q & A afterwards
