An award nomination and a new review for Charlie Angus’s Unlikely Radicals

Unlikely Radicals by Charlie Angus joins 10 other titles on the shortlist for the 2013 Speaker’s Book Award, presented by the Legislative Assembly of Ontario.

The Speaker’s Book Award recognizes works by Ontario authors reflecting the diverse culture and rich history of the province and of its residents. Special consideration is given to works focusing on Ontario’s parliamentary heritage and on provincial political discourse. The winners will be announced at an awards reception to be held at the Ontario Legislature in the spring of 2014. The winning books will be featured at the Legislative Assembly Gift Shop and in the Legislative Library.
