Copyright and the Modern Academic Debate Series -fair dealing and Canadian academia

Copyright law is an increasingly contentious issue for Canadian academics in their roles as teachers, researchers, and creators. In a series of three debates, Canada’s leading copyright experts and practitioners tackle these issues. This debate focuses on the effects of recent court cases on academics’ ability to access and copy works, and considers the future direction of copyright reform. Panelists include Samuel Trosow (University of Western Ontario) and Blayne Haggart (Brock University).
